Ultrasonic planetary ball mill is a product developed based on the grinding principle of traditional planetary mechanisms. Our ultrasonic planetary ball mill has a small volume, comprehensive functions, high efficiency, and low noise. It is an ideal equipment for scientific research units, universities, and enterprise laboratories to obtain research samples (four samples can be obtained at the same time in each experiment). Equipped with a vacuum ball milling tank, it can grind samples under vacuum.

Working principle

There are four ball milling tanks installed on a turntable. When the turntable rotates, the ball milling tanks revolve around the main disc axis while also rotating in a reverse star like manner around their own axis. The grinding balls and materials in the tanks collide, shear, and friction with each other during high-speed motion, achieving the purpose of crushing, grinding, mixing, and dispersing materials; Simultaneously equipped with ultrasonic equipment (consisting of ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic transducer), the ultrasonic equipment is converted to the grinding tank through a conductive slip ring, allowing the inner wall of the grinding tank to continuously generate ultrasonic mechanical oscillations, effectively solving the problems of material sinking, clumping, sticking to the wall, and agglomeration in the traditional planetary ball mill grinding tank during grinding. At present, this device can only be used in wet grinding state to grind various solid particles, suspensions, and pastes with different particle sizes and materials. The particle size of the ground product can reach the nanometer level.
