TRICONEX 4328 Digital output module

TRICONEX 4328 is a digital output module specifically designed for high-reliability industrial control scenarios, and it is one of the core components of the TRICONEX Safety Instrumented System (SIS). The module adopts a Triple Module Redundancy (TMR) architecture, combined with advanced fault detection technology, to provide safe and stable switching output control in extreme environments. It is widely used in industries with extremely high safety requirements such as petrochemical, power, and metallurgy.


I. Core Technical FeaturesTriple Module Redundancy (TMR)

  • Each output channel is processed in parallel by three independent circuits, and the "two-out-of-three" voting mechanism ensures the accuracy and reliability of output signals.

  • A single-channel fault does not affect the normal operation of the system. The module can automatically isolate the faulty channel and issue an alarm, meeting the SIL3 safety integrity level requirements (IEC 61508).

High-Speed Digital Output

  • Supports 16 independent digital output channels, with output types of dry contacts or transistors (optional).

  • Response time ≤1ms, meeting the fast interlock control requirements of Emergency Shutdown (ESD), Burner Management System (BMS), etc.

Fail-Safe Design
