Working Principle
  • HART Communication Principle
    Adopts a half-duplex communication mode based on Bell202-standard FSK (Frequency Shift Keying) signals, superimposing 0.5mA audio digital signals onto low-frequency 4-20mA analog signals for bidirectional digital communication. Since the average value of FSK signals is 0, it does not affect the magnitude of analog signals sent to the control system, ensuring compatibility with existing analog systems. In communication, main variables and control information are transmitted via 4-20mA, while additional measurement, process parameters, device configuration, calibration, and diagnostic information are accessed through the HART protocol.
  • Signal Processing Flow
    When signals from external devices or sensors enter the FC-TSHART-1620M, they first go through signal conditioning circuits for amplification, filtering, etc., to improve signal quality. Then, analog signals are converted to digital signals via an analog-to-digital converter, which are processed by an internal microprocessor or digital signal processor. Data is encapsulated and parsed according to the HART protocol to enable communication and data interaction with other devices. At the output, processed data may be converted into corresponding analog or digital signals to meet the input requirements of external devices.
