AA1060 H24 5-Bar Aluminum Chequered Plate is a pure aluminum alloy sheet (99.6% Al) featuring a 5-bar embossed pattern for superior anti-slip performance. Its lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and recyclable properties make it ideal for marine, industrial, and architectural applications.

Manufacturing Process
Hot Rolling: 400–500°C for initial forming (>6mm thickness).

Embossing: 100–200 tons pressure for 5-bar pattern.
Stabilization: Heat treatment at 150–200°C (H24 temper).
Marine: Dock flooring, ship decks (saltwater-resistant).
Industrial: Chemical plant walkways, ramps (H24 for durability).
Architectural: Facades, wall cladding (polished for aesthetics).
