Application: It can be used in high and low temperature food, cosmetics, chemical, pharmaceutical and bioengineering with acidic or alkaline substances, such as suction of yogurt dairy products, edible oil, alkaline cosmetic mask, laundry fluid, or biological drugs with alkaline or acidic substances, etc.
Construction: Inner tube fluorosilicone, reinforced with four layers of polyester fiber and stainless steel wire, outer tube platinum cured silicone.
Temp. Range: -60°C and 180°C
Color: Translucent; other colors can be customized.
Advantages:
1- Smooth inner wall with good corrosion resistance, can be used to transport acid and alkali medium;
2- Odorless, tasteless, completely non-toxic, without any plasticizers and additives;
3- It has good air tightness and is not easy to penetrate substances,
4- Oil resistance, can be used to transport various edible oils, flavors, etc.
5- Abrasion resistance, can be used to transport high-pressure dry ice, ice water mixture.
6- Appearance anti-adhesion, vacuum-resistant, CIP and SIP cleanable.
