Multifunctional corrosion inhibitor DX5810 is a new environmentally friendly multifunctional metal corrosion inhibitor. This product does not contain silicon and is easily soluble in water. It has excellent corrosion inhibition, rust prevention, and extreme pressure lubrication properties, making it an excellent comprehensive additive. Widely used in industries such as machinery, metallurgy, copper wire drawing, petrochemical, construction rust resistance, industrial cleaning, and metal surface treatment, it has a significant positive effect on improving the overall performance of the system.

Performance characteristics
1. Aluminum corrosion inhibitor, with high corrosion inhibition rate, effectively prevents problems such as mold, discoloration, graying, oxidation and blackening of aluminum materials;
2. Zinc corrosion inhibitor，an excellent corrosion inhibitor for zinc and its alloys;
3. Copper corrosion inhibitor，an excellent corrosion inhibitor for copper and its alloys;
4. Ferrous antirust agent, which has excellent antirust performance for Ferrous;
5. Extreme pressure lubricant, with good extreme pressure lubricity;
6. Compatibilization and dispersion，which can improve the compatibility of various components in the system, making it stable .
Application area
1. It can be applied to metal working fluids and cleaning agent systems, and it is recommended to add 1% -2% DX5810 of the original solution;
2. Dilute 100-400 times as a corrosion inhibitor for aluminum and copper materials, and soak directly for use;
3. When used in conjunction with DX512, DX515, etc., it can synergistically improve the corrosion inhibition performance of the system.
Packaging,storage and transportation
1.200L plastic bucket, 220Kg/bucket;
2. Stored and transported according to general chemicals .Stored in a dry and ventilated place.
