Foam-free aluminum corrosion inhibitorDX521 is a compound based on Natural product organic carboxylic acid. It is free of sulfur, phosphorus, chlorine, silicon, boron and other environmentally friendly elements. It is mild, non irritating, completely biodegradable, and can be mutually soluble with water in any proportion. This product has excellent corrosion inhibition performance of aluminum alloy and is widely used as an aluminum alloy protector in industries such as aviation, aerospace, automotive parts, 3C products, hardware, etc. to prevent corrosion of aluminum materials.

Performance characteristics
1. No foam, organic silicon, polyether and defoamer;
2. Free from sulfur, phosphorus, chlorine, boron, and silicon;
3. Excellent lubrication, friction reduction, and wear resistance;
4. Excellent aluminum corrosion inhibition, with a concentration of 0.25%, achieving bright and non discoloration of aluminum and its alloys.
Application area
1. As a corrosion inhibitor additive for aluminum materials, it is recommended to add 0.5% -2% DX521 of the original solution in the fields of aluminum processing, surface treatment, and storage protection;
2. Dilute 200 to 500 times as an aluminum sealing agent or corrosion inhibitor for direct immersion use;
3. When used in conjunction with DX512, DX515, etc., it can synergistically improve the corrosion inhibition performance of the system.
Packaging,storage and transportation
1.200L plastic bucket, 210Kg/bucket;
2. Stored and transported according to general chemicals .Stored in a dry and ventilated place.
