The extraction of oil and natural gas is even more inseparable from well drilling. Stainless steel pipes: Stainless steel pipes made by hot-rolling and cold-rolling various types of stainless steel are widely used in pipelines of petroleum and chemical equipment and stainless steel structural parts for various purposes. In addition to ensuring chemical composition and mechanical properties, all steel pipes used to withstand fluid pressure must pass the hydrostatic test. All kinds of special steel pipes should be guaranteed in accordance with the prescribed conditions.
High-pressure alloy boiler tubes: These are high-quality carbon structural steel, alloy structural steel and stainless heat-resistant steel seamless tubes mainly used for manufacturing steam boiler tubes of high pressure and above. These boiler tubes work under high temperature and high pressure. Under the action of high-temperature flue gas and water vapor, the tubes will also undergo oxidation and corrosion. Therefore, the steel pipes are required to have high creep strength, high oxidation resistance, and good microstructure stability. The steel grades used include: high-quality carbon structural steel grades of 20G, 20MnG, and 25MnG. Alloy structural steel grades include 15MoG, 20MoG, 12CrMoG, 15CrMoG, 12Cr2MoG, 12CrMoVG, 12Cr3MoVSiTiB, etc. For rust-resistant heat-resistant steel commonly used 1Cr18Ni9 and 1Cr18Ni11Nb high-pressure pipes, in addition to ensuring the chemical composition and mechanical properties, each pipe needs to undergo a hydrostatic test, as well as flaring and flattening tests.
