Rim: used to install, support and fasten tires, bear the vehicle load transmitted by tires, help tires dissipate heat when driving at high speeds, and ensure that the wheel has an appropriate cross-sectional width and lateral rigidity.
Spoke: connects the axle and the hub, plays the role of supporting the rim, so that the wheel can rotate stably, and also affects the appearance and strength of the hub.
Hub center hole: cooperates with the vehicle's axle head to ensure that the hub is installed on the vehicle in the correct position, so that the wheel can rotate smoothly around the axle.
Bolt hole: used to fix the hub to the brake disc or hub shaft of the vehicle by bolts. Common bolt holes include 4 holes, 5 holes, 6 holes, etc. The bolt hole spacing (PCD) is one of the important parameters of the hub.
Offset (ET value): refers to the distance between the hub mounting surface and the hub centerline. There are three conditions: positive offset, zero offset, and negative offset. It determines the position of the hub on the vehicle after installation, which has an important impact on the vehicle's handling and appearance.
