Wide range of applicable materials
(I) Nylon material testing
As an important engineering plastic, nylon has the advantages of high strength, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, etc. It is widely used in textile, automobile, electronics and other fields. Our Martindale tester is able to accurately test and analyze the unique properties of nylon, such as abrasion resistance and fatigue resistance. Three, 6 test modes to meet diversified needs
(I) Constant load wear test mode
In this mode, the tester applies a constant load to the sample and carries out reciprocating friction movement on the sample surface through the friction head to simulate the continuous wear and tear of the material in actual use. By measuring the degree of wear and the change of friction force on the sample surface, you can evaluate the wear resistance of the material and provide reference for selecting suitable materials and optimizing product design.
(ii) Incremental Load Wear Test Mode
This mode allows you to set different load increments and gradually increase the loading pressure on the sample to observe the wear behavior of the material under different loads. This is very helpful for studying the performance changes and failure mechanisms of materials under high load conditions, especially for application scenarios that require high load carrying capacity of materials.
(iii) Reciprocating bending fatigue test mode
For some materials that need to withstand repeated bending stresses, such as textile fibers and fabrics, this mode performs cyclic bending loading on samples by simulating the bending process of the material in actual use. By recording the changes in mechanical properties of the material under repeated cyclic loading, you can evaluate the fatigue resistance of the material and provide a basis for improving the service life of the product.
(iv) Torsional Fatigue Test Mode

(v) Impact Wear Test Mode

The Impact Wear Test Mode simulates this impact process by applying a high-speed impact load to the sample and measuring the degree of wear and energy absorption capacity of the material under the impact action. This is important for evaluating the impact resistance and wear resistance of materials under severe working conditions.
(vi) Friction Coefficient Measurement Mode
This mode is mainly used to measure the coefficient of friction of the material surface, which is one of the important indexes for assessing the friction performance of materials. The tester accurately measures the friction force between the material and the friction head by conducting friction tests on the samples under different conditions, and calculates the friction coefficient according to the relevant formula.
