Application:
This drum-type Nuts Roasting Machine is mainly for the food processing industry. Beans, nuts, nuts (such as peanuts, milky rice, boiled spiced peanuts, melon seeds, almonds, chestnuts, broad beans), etc., reduce moisture drying and roasting cooked products.
Working principle of Peanut Roasting machine:
The Drum type nuts roasting machine utilizes electricity or gas as the heat source. It operates on the principle of a rotary drum, heat conduction, and heat radiation and is equipped with an automatic temperature control device.
The heat source directly heats the drum, which then applies heat energy to the product, roasting it during the process. A propelling device within the cylinder continuously pushes the grilled material, creating an uninterrupted cycle that ensures even heat distribution and effectively guarantees the quality of the baking.
This product adds a time control function: Adjust the controller to the time used for cooking the material. After the material is baked in the oven to the adjusted time, the alarm light will alarm and the controller will be turned off.
