Core Safety Mechanisms

 

1.Bimetal Thermostat (Primary Protection)

 

  Operating Principle: When temperature exceeds the set value (120/150/160/180/200/220/260), the bimetallic strip snaps to cut off power in a short time.

   Advantage: Independent of electronic systems, self-resetting, preventing continuous heating caused by thermocouple or controller failures.

 

2.Thermal Fuse (Secondary Protection)

 

   Fusing Mechanism: If the thermostat fails, the thermal fuse melts at 172℃/229℃/240℃/257℃, permanently disconnecting the circuit.

  Advantage: Irreversible protection compliant with UL/IEC standards, eliminating fire hazards
