HY-M106 Straight up and Straight Down Automatic Lifting Soldering Furnace
Automatic immersion welding machine:

5. The immersion soldering function is connected to manual or automatic assembly lines, and the soldering time and other related functional parameters can be set by oneself;
6. It can preheat and dry, accelerate the activation of soldering flux molecules on circuit boards, fully utilize the performance of soldering flux, and achieve heating and re welding;
7. The temperature is intelligently controlled by a microcomputer PID temperature controller, which displays the set temperature and actual temperature in real time, with high accuracy and intelligent temperature correction;
8. The automatic scraping function is equipped with a tin slag collection tank, which is convenient, practical, and clean, and can also recycle tin slag for secondary reduction to save costs;
9. The complete set of equipment is easy to install, debug, and maintain, requiring only one person to operate. It is a foolproof automatic welding process that does not require skilled workers;

Product Function Description:
Satisfy the use of circuit boards and general soldering products (with appropriate fixtures)
Improve welding quality and imitate manual welding.
Improve production efficiency by welding batch products simultaneously, which is about 3-4 times higher than manual welding
Features:
The up and down movement adopts a stepper motor to drive the ball screw, with an accuracy of 0.1 mm and accurate soldering depth
The circuit board floats on the tin surface for tin immersion, which is not affected by the depth of soldering and makes the soldering more bubbly.
The lifting speed of the immersed product can be adjusted, and the tin dipping angle of the circuit board can be adjusted to reduce surface tension and meet process requirements
Equipped with automatic scraping of surface oxides into the tin slag tank every work cycle, improving welding quality
Can perform surface preheating of circuit boards and fluxes to improve activity and welding quality
Soldering time, adjustable from 1 second to 99 seconds
Using ceramic high-temperature heating plates, insulated for a long lifespan
The temperature control adopts PID control, with an accuracy of plus or minus 2 degrees
The tin furnace liner is made of industrial pure titanium TA2, and the temperature probe is made of K-type thermocouples
