Leveling Agent 333
Leveling Agent 333 is a nonionic surfactant belonging to the category of polyether-modified polydimethylsiloxane. It serves as an efficient, low-foaming substrate wetting agent with excellent compatibility and recoatability, offering strong anti-cratering properties. It improves the wetting of contaminated substrates and remains effective even at low addition levels. Suitable for both aqueous and solvent-based systems, it is primarily used in architectural coatings, plastic coatings, industrial coatings, automotive coatings, wood coatings, and screen printing inks.
Characteristics:
It aids in the wetting of various substrate surfaces by coatings or inks, effectively preventing surface defects such as cratering or edge retraction, and improving the flow, leveling, and adhesion of the paint film.
It demonstrates good recoatability and significant effects in the substrate wetting of solvent-based and aqueous coating systems.

Usage Instructions:
1. The recommended addition level is 0.1%-0.5%.
2. It is suggested to add during the paint adjustment phase, either by pre-dilution or directly in the paint in its supplied form.
Precautions:
1. This product should be stored in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
2. It should be kept away from open flames when stored.
3. The agent may cause eye and skin irritation; avoid contact.
The above recommended addition levels are percentages based on the total weight of the solution. The optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.
Storage and Transportation:
Separation or turbidity may occur at temperatures below 0°C. Warm to 20°C and mix well before use. Packaged in 50KG or 200KG plastic drums.
