A-Series (security) Pigment Paste  

   1、 Root above products

This product is in line with international ecological textile test Association (OEKO-TEX100 Standards) values in the high-end textile printing paste provisions of the formaldehyde, azo, about to APEO and eight heavy metals limit. By the application of the majority of users to export to Europe and the United States, Japan textile trade market, popular with customers.

       Can be in cotton, linen, viscose, fabrics, and various kinds of fiber blended fabric printing, suitable for pigment dyeing and garment dyeing; But on materials like leather, wood, paper printing, can be used for interior wall paint, water-based materials such as cement color.

2、Product composition

It is a low viscous tinted fluid fused by pigment, wetting agent, emulsifier, water, etc. in one combination.

5、Application methods

△Fully stir the chosen painting paste and a little blended cement until reach the satisfied color concentration. Then apply when bubbles dissolve after several minutes’ standing treatment.

△Recommended formula (mainly suitable for printing on cotton and polyester cotton. For more specific information, customers should confirm according to their own requirement.)

△Painting color paste: 1-8%. Binder: 5-25%. Original printing paste: 80-70%.Fluorescent pigment printing ink: 15-25%, adhesive 25-30%, printing paste: 50-60%.

△Process conditions: printing→drying(100℃×2-3min)→baking(130-150℃×1-2min)

6、Storage and shelf life

      Store in a shady, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse under room temperature(0-40℃).Cap sealed tightly immediately after use. Avoid long time contact with air and filter before use.Vulnerable to sedimentation of partial particles and to subside into different layers after long time storage. Yet be effective after full stirring so long as an enough quantity is left as required.

      Shelf life:fluorescent 18 months   

7、Precautions

1、The printing fastness and color fastness are mainly depended on good compatibility of solid paste, adhesives, dye-fixing agent and  other relevant agents. Please bear in mind The compatibility of good correlation detection before use.

2、Please make sure that the processing tools, equipments, additives and other raw materials do not contain or contact any harmful substances prior to use in order to avoid cross pollution.

3、pigment printing ink and mucilage compatibility is important, improper selection may cause discoloration and even several weeks  after printing and transport phenomena, such as A111BRIGHT RED, A113SERISE,A206 ORANGE and type A fluorescent series. For

      this customer need to fully understand the performance of this product before use, does not meet the recommended to switch to the company AO type high temperature resistant paste and LSW fluorescent series.

4、because the compatibility of products, in use process and thickening agent or slurry reaction flocculation phenomenon, suggest that  selective use, (e.g. to use A503SUPER BLACK and A508 SENIOR BLACK instead of A501BLACK).
