Dispersion Agent 190
The dispersant 190 is a highly efficient, novel type of dispersing agent. Its structure includes anchoring groups and solvating chains, replacing the traditional hydrophobic and hydrophilic groups found in surfactants. The anchoring groups bind tightly with pigment particles, and this binding force is greater than the self-aggregating ability of the pigment particles themselves. The solvating chains act as a spatial barrier, preventing the aggregation of pigment particles. The dispersion performance of non-ionic super dispersants is unaffected by the pH and hardness of aqueous systems, offering strong adaptability and broad application prospects.
This dispersant is suitable for dispersing pigments, dyes, and inorganic powders in aqueous systems. It is applicable in industries such as coatings, industrial paints, water-based inks, and water-based color pastes, serving as a versatile dispersing agent.
