One auto packing machine can equipped with several production lines, the customer can choose vacuum pump or normal air exhausting function, hot-melting or stitches closing of bags, manual or auto stacking, auto film winding and other suitable equipment.

1. Human-computer interaction control method with simple and clean operating screen.

2. Integrated control of several production line. Auto-choosing by one-click, production line interlocking and etc.

3. Residual material cleaning function. The operator can choose auto residual material cleaning when the machine alarms material shortage.

4. Timing reminding function. Can set auto reminding after N (1-24) hours to start running.

5. Quantity auto counting function. Can set auto stop of the machine after N (1-10000) bags of material in the system.

6. Weighing abnormality alarm. The machine will sound alarm to check whether material shortage or bridging occurs when the weighing process didn’t finish with N seconds.

7. Alarm for weight value error. The machine will sound alarm when the error value exceeds the set value.

8. Bag-opening alarm. The machine will suspend to prevent material spilling when the bag-opening sensor sounds alarm.

9. Machine error self-inspection. The machine will alarm when the sensors information is incorrect.
