Automatic Verification System for Thermocouple Thermal Resistance
DY-01 thermocouple/thermal resistance automatic verification system is a computer as the core, with imported high-precision six-half digital multimeter, and low potential scanning switch, main control box composed of measurement and control system. The operator can easily operate the whole process with the mouse under the Chinese Windows XP/ WIN7 operating system. The microcomputer system displays the temperature control curve, temperature value and verification time of the verification furnace (or oil tank, cryogenic tank, etc.) in real time. The system processes data in full accordance with the current national metrological verification regulations, and can print all kinds of record forms, verification certificates, and retain the original records for future reference. The system fully realizes the whole automation of thermocouple and thermal resistance verification process, namely: automatic temperature control, automatic verification, automatic data processing, automatic printing of verification results. The labor intensity of the operator is greatly reduced, and the working quality of the verification is improved. The device also provides the certification program of the system and the data file management program, which provides convenience for the operator to archive, retrieve and query the certification and verification results of the system.
