With the development of 3D printing technology, it has been from the early product prototype and model mold manufacturing, transition to the direct production and processing of products, in engineering, industry, aviation, aerospace, automotive, electronics and medical and other different fields have been widely used.


However, the printing temperature with huge deviation due to the influence of room temperature in the printing process of 3D printers will lead to many adverse effects on the printing results. In order to solve the problems in the existing technology, a new type of infrared constant temperature system in the internal chamber of 3D printer is developed, which uses the infrared heating source to improve the overall temperature of the object and the ambient temperature. Therefore, while working in the infrared constant temperature system, it is necessary to introduce the blackbody furnace as the standard for real-time calibration of the infrared heating source, so as to improve the printing accuracy and printing success rate of the object.
