For the calibration and verification of radiation thermometers, the comparison method is usually used, that is, through a highly stable radiation source (usually a blackbody radiation source) and other supporting equipment, the temperature repeated by the standard and the temperature repeated by the detected radiation thermometer are compared to determine whether it is qualified or give calibration results.
