The large cardboard box compression testing machine is a specialized equipment used to test the compressive performance of cardboard boxes. It is mainly used to test the compressive strength of large packaged products, ensuring that the products will not deform or be damaged due to insufficient packaging strength during use, handling, stacking, storage, and transportation.
The working principle of this device is to drive the transmission system through a DC motor and use a chain to form a pressure plate for pressure operation. At the same time, high-precision force sensors will accurately reflect the load condition of the specimen, and the microcomputer system is responsible for collecting and processing these test parameters, ultimately outputting and displaying the test results. Its technical parameters may include range (such as 15KN, 45KN, etc. optional), accuracy (usually level 1), force resolution, deformation resolution, test speed, sample space, and power supply, etc.
The application of large cardboard box compression testing machine is very extensive. It is not only suitable for pressure resistance, deformation, and stacking tests of corrugated cardboard boxes, honeycomb board boxes, and other packaging materials, but also for compression testing of plastic drums (such as edible oil drums, mineral water drums), paper drums, cardboard boxes, paper cans, container barrels (IBC drums) and other containers. The test results are crucial for the factory and can serve as an important reference for stacking the height of finished product packaging boxes, as well as an important basis for designing packaging boxes.
