Product Overview
100kg Heavy Duty Packaging Drop Tester is a device used to evaluate the ability of large packages to withstand drop impacts during transportation and handling. It can simulate the drop scenarios of packaging in the actual logistics environment to help determine the rationality and safety of packaging design, widely used in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing and other fields.
Working Principle
The tester lifts the package to a predetermined height by means of a mechanical structure, and then releases it so that it can fall freely to the impact surface to simulate the falling situation in actual transportation. The equipment is equipped with precise height adjustment system, release mechanism and impact absorption system to ensure the controllability and safety of the falling process, and at the same time is equipped with a data acquisition system for recording and analyzing the impact force, acceleration and other parameters during the falling process.

ISO 2248: International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standard for packaging drop test.
Product Advantages
High Stability: Rugged frame structure and precise control system ensure the stability of the testing process.
Precise Height Adjustment: Motorized height adjustment system is easy to operate and accurate in positioning.
Safe and reliable: Equipped with multiple safety protection devices, such as emergency stop button, safety light curtain, etc.
Data traceability: The data acquisition system can record and store the test data, which is convenient for subsequent analysis and report generation.
Selection Guide
The following factors should be considered when selecting a 100kg heavy-duty package drop tester:
Testing requirements: Determine the required drop height, load capacity and testing frequency according to the actual application
Accuracy requirements: Select equipment that complies with relevant standards to ensure the accuracy and comparability of test results
Ease of operation: Consider the operation interface, automation and maintenance difficulty of the equipment.
Budget: Choose the right equipment according to the budget, balancing performance and price.
Installation and Maintenance
The equipment should be installed on a solid and level surface to ensure stability during operation. Regular maintenance of the equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of fasteners, should be performed to prolong equipment life and ensure testing accuracy. Meanwhile, the sensor and data acquisition system should be calibrated regularly to ensure the reliability of the test data.
The 100kg Heavy Duty Packaging Drop Tester is an important tool for evaluating the drop resistance performance of large packages. By simulating drop scenarios in actual transportation, it helps optimize packaging design, reduce transportation risks, and ensure the safety and integrity of products during transportation.
