Product Introduction
Perfect Laser has launched a fully automatic single head laser die board cutting machine for the packaging and mold industry. It can cut 20-25mm thick wooden die board at a time with its powerful laser source.
Compared to traditional sawing machine’s cutting, the advantages of this wooden laser die board cutting machine are obvious. The working area is 1200×1800mm, the speed is 7-12mm/second, the cutting thickness of this laser die board cutting machine can reach up to 25mm, which can greatly improve the production efficiency.
The wood die cut machine is easy to operate and the knife gap is even. It is an upgraded version of the double-head coaxial laser die board cutting equipment.
Product Features
1. The body of our laser die board cutting machine is welded with square steel pipe with 1.7 tons weight, so it is durable and not easy to deform.
2. The spark is very small during operation and the laser die board cutting machine is configured with an exhaust fan to suck off the smoke.
3. The working precision of our laser die cutting equipment is 0.1mm, so the cutting error is small and the precision is high.
4. This laser die board cutting machine adopts arrow-shaped copper column working platform. Compared to the ordinary flat platforms, it can not only reduce the support resistance but also can reduce the blackening of the cutting surface because of the copper column’s better reflection effect of the laser.
5. The laser die board cutting machine adopts fixed optical path instead of the cutting head, the X-axis and Y-axis platform can move when cutting. The laser die board cutting equipment can cut through the wooden board at a time and the cutting slit is evenly straight.
