Wetting Agent 2040 is an acetylene glycol-based surfactant, categorized as a gemini nonionic surfactant. It offers functions such as wetting, leveling, and defoaming.

Typical Applications
Wetting Agent 2040 is developed for the following applications:
· Water-based coatings, adhesives, inks, varnishes
· Wetting and reducing surface tension (dynamic and static)
· Suitable for coatings requiring stringent surface defect control, preventing issues such as shrinkage, pinholes, and fisheyes.
Application Notes
· Recommended dosage: 0.3–1%
· Requires high-speed stirring for 30 minutes during use.

· Store in a cool, dry place at temperatures between 5–35°C.
