Lactic Acid Decolorizing Resin
Lactic acid is widely used in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Currently mainly produced by fermentation. The Lactobacillus fermentation broth is neutralized by calcium oxide, filtered, evaporated, crystallized, acidified, etc. to obtain a lactic acid intermediate product having a content of about 25%. After further decolorization, evaporation and concentration gave the finished lactic acid. The finished grade lactic acid should be a colorless or yellowish syrupy liquid, and the decolorization process is especially important in the lactic acid production process.
