The walk-in constant temperature and humidity laboratory is mainly composed of a control system, refrigeration system,test chamber, circulating fan, heater, humidifier, and a combination.Provide testing for large-scale components, semi-finished products, finished products, and temperature and humidity environments in the industry, such as computer terminals,automotive parts, whole vehicles, military products, etc.

CHARACTERISTIC

1. The appearance can be matched with different colors according to the interior design or choose an all stainless steel design. The indoor space is made of  SUS304 # stainless steel. 

2. A rectangular laminated glass viewing window that can be used for observing test objects during experiments. The window is equipped with an anti  sweat electric heating device to prevent condensation of water vapor and  water droplets 

3. Indoor installation of explosion-proof lights, during the test, the product  test status can be clearly observed, and anti slip aluminum plates are installed  at the bottom of the test room for safe use.

4. The box door is equipped with a layer of thermal insulation sealing strip,  which can effectively isolate internal temperature leakage. 

5. Equipped with a pure water filtration unit that directly filters tap water  without the need for manual water addition, making it convenient to use. 

6. The refrigeration and dehumidification system adopts imported brand  compressors, which have advantages such as energy saving, low noise, low  energy consumption, and stable performance. It uses environmentally friendly refrigerants (R23, R404a). 

7. The controller adopts an imported LCD display screen, which  can simultaneously display measured values, set values, time,  etc. 

8. The controller has multiple program editing and temperature  control, and humidity can be controlled quickly (QUICK) or  slope (SLOPE). 

9. TEMI2700 meter 7.5 inch true color LCD display screen with  RS-232/RS-485 communication interface, 2GB standard SD  memory card, can be connected to Ethernet for use, 7-inch color  display screen with RS-232/RS-485 communication interface,  (optional according to requirements). 

10. The bottom of the machine is welded with channel steel to  form a mesh structure for increased load-bearing, which never  deforms during use. The bottom of the integrated testing room is  equipped with movable casters to locate the foot cup, and the  bottom channel steel of the assembled testing room is directly  installed on the laboratory floor.
