Box crusher, also known as heavy hammer crusher or square box crusher, is a kind of high-efficiency and low-maintenance crushing equipment.
Working principle:
The box crusher realizes the rapid crushing of materials through a large-mass hammer head and a high-speed rotating rotor. The stone falls straight from the upper part of the machine into the high-speed rotating turntable. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it produces high-speed impact and high-density crushing. After the materials hit each other, they will form a vortex movement between the turntable and the shell, causing multiple attacks, friction and crushing until the required particle size is reached.
Structural features:
The frame part of the box crusher is a three-part structure, which is convenient for the replacement of plate hammers, crushing plates, lining plates and other overhaul and maintenance operations. Its parts are very interchangeable, and there are few varieties of consumable parts, which is convenient for the procurement and management of spare parts.
The hydraulic opening device is used to open and close the shell, which can reduce the maintenance labor intensity and improve the maintenance efficiency. At the same time, the monitoring system of the box crusher can monitor the operation status of the crusher at any time to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the machine.
Performance advantages:
The box crusher has the characteristics of large feed particle size, large crushing ratio and uniform output. Its finished product rate is high, and granular products account for a relatively large proportion, which fully meets the requirements of use.
The hammer shaft installation is adjustable, the hammer head has a long life, and the grid size is adjustable. The product particle size is controllable, and the particle shape is good.
The chassis can be turned over, which is more convenient for maintenance, and square handle bolts are used to resist impact and wear.
Scope of application:
Box crushers are suitable for crushing operations in mines, cement, highways, railways, coal, metallurgy, building materials and other industries. It is especially suitable for primary and secondary crushing of various materials with compressive strength below medium and upper hardness.
It can also be used to crush materials with strong fiber structure, elasticity and toughness, such as crushed wood, paper, etc., and to recycle asbestos fiber and other waste.
