Saddles are designed for use on air, water, sewer and gas pipelines. The saddles for jointing with PVC pipes or Ductile iron pipes are available . Various outlet configurations are also available including BSP threaded socket or flanged.

2.Available Range
For pipe sizes from DN40mm - DN600mm.
Outlet sizes available from DN15mm - DN100mm.

3.Material of Construction
Saddle body  - Ductile Iron to BS2789 Grade 420/12 , 500/7
Coating - Fusion Bonded Epoxy to SABS 1217 , minimum thickness 250 microns, colors in

RAL5005, RAL5015 , RAL3009 , RAL9005, RAL9011 or others .
Bolts - Steel to BS970 Grade 070M20 , Carbon steel Grade 8.8, SS304 or SS316 

bolts available upon requests.
