Ultra Thin Wall Panel Radiator With Thermal Radiation
There are currently three colors to choose from for ultra-thin wall panel radiators, namely: white, red apple wood grain color, and water ash wood grain color. If the purchase quantity is large, colors can be customized according to customer requirements.
Composition of ultra-thin wall panel radiator
The ultra-thin wall panel radiator consists of: heat sink, upper and lower main pipes, upper decorative cover (with curved decorative cover, also used for left and right decorative covers), lower decorative cover (90 degree angle decorative cover), fixed pendant, and telescopic copper flexible joint (used to connect the heat sink and main pipe). Except for the telescopic copper joint, all others are made of aluminum alloy.
The standard length of each heat sink is 2405mm. Without loss, it can be cut into the following lengths: 400mm, 600mm, 800mm, 1200mm, 1600mm, 1800mm, 2000mm, 2400mm, and assembled into radiators with heights of 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1400mm, 1800mm, 2000mm, 2200mm, and 2600mm;
The standard length for each supervisor is 2375mm, with 20 branch pipe holes;
Standard length of each upper decorative cover: 3230mm;
The standard length of each lower decorative cover is 2445mm;
Standard length of each fixed pendant: 2400mm (can be cut into 40 fixed pendants, each pendant has 4 holes);
Each heat sink and upper and lower main pipes are assembled with 2 sets of telescopic copper joints.

Production of ultra-thin wall panel radiators
The first step is to determine the height and number of radiators, and whether to install left and right decorative covers;
Step two, material cutting. Cut the corresponding length of heat sink and main pipe according to the height and number of radiators. Cut the heat sink according to the standard of radiator height -200mm. Cut the upper and lower main pipes with the corresponding number of holes according to the number of radiators in a group. Cut the upper and left decorative covers with the corresponding length according to the height and number of radiators. For those without left and right decorative covers, the upper and lower decorative covers are cut to the same length, with a 90 degree angle switch. The length is: number of heat dissipation fins * 122+3mm; If equipped with left and right decorative covers, the upper decorative cover should have a 45 degree oblique cut on both sides, with a length of the number of heat dissipation fins * 122+105 * 2, and the length of the lower decorative cover should be the number of heat dissipation fins * 122; Both the left and right decorative covers are slanted at a 45 degree angle to fit together with the upper decorative cover, with a height of the radiator height+3mm; The upper and lower main pipes, as well as the left and right decorative covers of the ultra-thin radiator, are calculated based on the length/500mm+1 to determine the required number of fixed hangers. Then, the corresponding quantity is cut, with each hanger having a width of about 35mm and 4 installation holes reserved on each hanger.
Step three, tapping. Use G3/8 thread tapping to tap both ends of each heat sink;
Step four, assemble telescopic copper joints for the supervisor and heat sink. Apply anaerobic adhesive to the internal threads of each branch pipe hole of the main pipe, and apply anaerobic adhesive to the 3-minute external threads of the 4 * 3 reducing mating wire of the telescopic copper union. Assemble them into the screw holes of each branch pipe on the main pipe and tighten them with a wrench; Apply anaerobic adhesive to the internal threads of the heat sink, and apply anaerobic adhesive to the external threads of the three-point screw of the telescopic copper union. Screw it into the internal threads of the water hole of the heat sink and tighten it with a wrench.
After the above processes are completed, they will be packaged and sent to the installation site. Assemble and shape on site, and then fix it to the wall.
