When repairing ultra-thin wall panel radiators, simply use a wrench to loosen the copper union between the main pipe and the heat sink, remove the damaged heat sink, and replace it with a new one. Users can operate it themselves, avoiding the huge waste of replacing the entire set.
According to the customer's requirements, the factory first cuts the length and number of heat sinks, and pre assembles each heat sink and the copper accessories of the upper and lower main pipes. The loose pieces are packaged and transported to the site to avoid defects that are easily damaged during transportation due to large volume.
Users only need to insert the copper union screws on both ends of the heat sink into the copper union nuts of the upper and lower main pipes on site, and tighten them with a wrench to assemble them.
If the order quantity is large, the heat sink, main pipe, and side decorative cover can be shipped as a whole without cutting, and users can cut, tap, and assemble them on site according to their needs.
