Bar Sieve Plate

Rod sieve plate is a new type of structural sieve plate developed by our company based on international advanced technology.

The high-frequency tuning fork bar of this sieve plate generates secondary high-frequency resonance while vibrating with the sieve plate, accelerating the material's forward speed and accelerating the sinking of particles on the sieve surface and the lateral movement of small particles that have already contacted the sieve surface towards the sieve holes, thereby increasing the probability of passing through the sieve holes. The opening of this sieve plate can reach up to 80%, and sticky substances with certain moisture can be shaken off by its high-frequency natural vibration, making it an ideal sieve plate for viscous or fiber containing difficult to screen materials.

The production types include single-layer bar sieve plate, double-layer bar sieve plate, horizontal bar sieve plate, polyurethane bar sieve plate, and ceramic bar sieve plate.
