Thin Oil Lubrication Exciter
The thin oil lubrication exciter adopts circulating oil spray lubrication. The filtered high-pressure oil (0.2-0.25Mpa) is sprayed into the gap between the bearing inner ring and the cage through the oil nozzle for oil supply. After passing through the bearing, the oil flows into the return hole at the lower part of the bearing chamber. After passing through the return oil pump, the oil is delivered to the cooler for cooling and then flows back to the oil tank. Through the above program, on the one hand, it can take away some heat, on the other hand, it can eliminate abrasive particles and external impurities, and on the other hand, the oil level in the bearing chamber is controlled by the return oil pump, avoiding phenomena such as high oil temperature and axial oil leakage, ensuring the viscosity of the oil, and enabling the bearing to operate in good condition.
