Drum Screen

The GT series drum screen is a specialized screening equipment developed by our factory for industries such as chemical, building materials, metallurgy, and mining. It overcomes the problem of screen blockage caused by circular vibrating screens and linear screens when screening wet materials, improves the output and reliability of the screening system, and has received unanimous praise from users.

The electric motor is connected to the drum device through a coupling via a reducer, driving the drum to rotate around its axis. After the material enters the drum device, the rotating drum (which can be tilted) of the drum device flips and rotates the material on the screen surface. Unqualified materials are discharged through the discharge port at the tail of the drum. Due to the flipping and rolling of the material inside the drum, the material stuck in the screen hole can be ejected to prevent blockage of the screen hole.
