The slaughtering waste treatment equipment - wetting machine, developed and produced by Zhucheng Dejun Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., can handle diseased and dead pigs, chickens, ducks and other diseased livestock and poultry. It is widely used in pig farms, chicken farms, duck farms, hatcheries, slaughterhouses, meat food processing plants and other units.
The small animal harmless treatment equipment refers to the mechanical treatment of slaughterhouse offal and waste, and diseased poultry in breeding farms. It can prevent the expansion and spread of germs. The main high-temperature and high-pressure treatment process uses hot steam as the heat source. The diseased and dead animals are loaded into the wetting tank for treatment, and the steam directly enters the tank and comes into contact with the diseased poultry, releasing heat to instantly eliminate the germs and pathogens, achieving the purpose of harmless treatment. The resulting grease can be used as industrial oil after separation, and the resulting solid matter can be used as raw material for organic fertilizer. Overall, it has a high added value, meets environmental protection standards, and does not cause secondary pollution.
