The slaughtering waste treatment equipment - wetting machine, developed and produced by Zhucheng Dejun Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., can handle diseased and dead pigs, chickens, ducks and other livestock and poultry. It is widely used in pig farms, chicken farms, duck farms, hatcheries, slaughterhouses, meat food processing plants and other units.
The diseased and dead livestock and poultry do not need to be dissected and can be put into the equipment as a whole for high-temperature and high-pressure treatment. The treatment process is fully enclosed, and no peculiar smell is emitted. It is an environmentally friendly and harmless treatment equipment for diseased livestock and poultry. The slaughtering waste treatment equipment - wetting machine is an integrated design. The equipment is equipped with a deodorizer and an oil-water separator. When the steam discharged during the exhaust and pressure relief after the treatment is filtered through the deodorizer, it is directly discharged. The grease and water generated during the treatment process are injected into the oil-water separator by pressure, and the oil-water separation is carried out in the oil-water separator. The obtained grease can be refined and used as industrial oil. The equipment is equipped with a fully automatic steam generator to provide steam energy for the equipment. The steam generator is fully automated and controlled, which is more easy to operate and simpler than the traditional electric heating tube heating method. It is automatic and does not require manual operation, which is convenient and fast.
The slaughtering waste treatment equipment covers a small area, is easy to operate, and can work after being connected to the power and water sources. The treatment cycle is 4-5 hours, and it can be operated multiple times a day, which is convenient for enterprises such as breeding farms to handle the diseased and dead livestock and poultry generated internally. It is a new type of environmentally friendly and harmless treatment equipment to replace the incinerator.
Harmless treatment equipment The operation process flow of the harmless treatment equipment:
1. Transport the diseased and dead pigs and their products to the harmless treatment room, and directly load the treated objects into the chemical basket.
2. Open the tank door, send the chemical basket on the small trolley into the wetting machine along the track, and close the tank door.
3. According to the number of diseased and dead pigs to be treated, set the temperature (160 - 190 ℃) and pressure 0.6Mpa for high-temperature and high-pressure treatment of the treated objects.
4. After the treatment process is completed, the mixture of oil and water generated during the treatment process is sent to the oil-water separation equipment for oil-water separation to obtain grease with a higher purity.
5. After the treatment is completed, open the tank door, pull the chemical basket out along the track, and transport the residue in the chemical basket to the biogas digester for fermentation or be treated together with animal feces.
6. After the production is completed, carry out the equipment and tools.
Harmless treatment equipment
1. Carry out the surface treatment of the diseased livestock carcasses in the wetting preparation room. The treatment methods include: pool soaking or ultraviolet rays, etc. Divide the ordinary diseased livestock carcasses, and then prepare for wetting. For the diseased livestock carcasses of major epidemics, do not divide them, and prepare the whole for wetting.
2. Use the material transport vehicle to transport the diseased livestock carcasses or carcass pieces to be wetted into the wetting machine, close the machine door, and at the same time close the manual interlock, and inject 0.3Mpa compressed air into the machine door sealing ring to seal the wetting machine. Then check whether all the valves of the wetting machine are closed. After checking that there is no error, turn on the power supply of the distribution box, set the wetting temperature through the temperature controller (generally about 150 ℃), then inject steam into the wetting machine, and at the same time open the exhaust valve. After about 3 minutes, the cold air in the machine is discharged and the exhaust valve is closed for wetting. Under the high pressure of 0.55Mpa and the high temperature of 150 ℃, after a period of time, the wetting is completed (the wetting time is adjusted by the operator according to the size and quantity of the treated objects in the machine). At this time, it is necessary to first open the silencer valve of the deodorizer, then open the exhaust valve of the wetting machine to relieve the pressure. When the pressure is reduced to below 0.02Mpa, close the exhaust valve and stop the pressure relief.
3. Gradually open the valve between the wetting machine and the oil-water separator, and send the wetted oil-water mixture into the oil-water separator, and then close the valve and let the oil-water mixture stand for more than 1 hour. Open the exhaust valve of the wetting machine again to release the pressure in the wetting machine, then open the manual safety interlock, open the machine door, and transport the wetted residue out.
4. One hour after the wetting is completed, open the water drain valve of the oil-water separator to discharge the waste water. After the oil-water boundary line is lower than the oil drain port by 1cm, close the water drain valve.
5. Open the oil drain valve of the oil-water separator, and let the separated oil flow into the container for storage and sale.
