The animal harmless treatment equipment uses high-temperature and high-pressure saturated steam to directly come into contact with the carcasses of livestock and poultry. The carcasses are completely placed in a high-temperature and high-pressure environment, which melts the grease and hydrolyzes the protein with hot water. At the same time, with the help of high temperature and high pressure, the pathogens carried in the carcasses of livestock and poultry are completely killed. After the treatment is completed, the materials (carcasses of livestock and poultry, slaughterhouse waste, and hatchery waste) can be converted into organic fertilizer or treated together with livestock and poultry manure.

Center temperature of the treated object: 165℃
Pressure: 0.8MPa (pressure)
Treatment time: 4h (The treatment time varies depending on the materials)
Process features: The wetting method for harmless treatment has the characteristics of fast treatment speed, complete sterilization, no secondary pollution, high degree of automation, small space occupation, and low treatment cost.
1. The top of the wetting machine is equipped with pressure supplementation, pressure relief, exhaust, safety valve, and pressure gauge pipe opening. In order to effectively save energy, the wetting machine is equipped with an insulation layer (filled with high-temperature cotton, with a thickness of about 30mm).
2. The door opening method is: Manual quick-opening door design with a safety interlock device, which can not only meet the needs of rapid production but also ensure the personal safety of the operators.
3. The equipment temperature, pressure, and time can be freely set and are automatically controlled, saving labor and reducing the operator's misoperation
