I. Equipment Introduction:
Mainly can handle: glanders, rinderpest, contagious bovine pleuropneumonia, malignant edema, blackleg, rabies, braxy, enterotoxemia of sheep, botulism poisoning, sudden death of sheep, epizootic lymphangitis of horses, equine infectious anemia, equine rhinitis and pneumonia, equine rhinotracheitis, bluetongue, African swine fever, classical swine fever, infectious vesicular disease of swine, swine dysentery, acute swine erysipelas, bovine rhinotracheitis, mucosal disease, leptospirosis (already yellowish carcasses), listeriosis, brucellosis, Newcastle disease of chickens, Marek's disease, chicken plague (avian influenza), gosling plague, duck plague, rabbit viral hemorrhagic disease, tularemia, clostridium perfringens disease of rabbits and other infectious diseases and the entire carcass of diseased livestock and poultry with malignant or two discovered diseases; Focus on serving meat breeding, production and processing enterprises. The product specifications range from small to large, suitable for small slaughtering (breeding) points, small slaughtering (breeding) farms, medium and small slaughtering (breeding) factories and large and extra-large slaughtering (breeding) enterprises. II. Equipment Features
1. Convenient operation: Adopting an advanced and convenient design concept, the operating workers can learn the entire operation process in a short time.
2. Stable performance: All components use products that have passed the 3C ISO CE quality system certification to ensure that no losses are caused due to accessory reasons. The pot heats up quickly, and the temperature is uniform without dead corners.
3. High safety: Five-level safety protection measures such as pressure automatic safety interlock, manual safety interlock, pressure automatic control system, manual vent valve of the pot door, and safety valve are adopted to create a safe pressure vessel equipment.
4. High control accuracy: The control system adopts advanced and high-precision electrical devices in China to ensure that there are no worries about product quality.
5. Pot door design: The manual quick-opening door design is fast and convenient. Only one person can easily achieve manual opening and closing of the door, and the tank door will not be unable to be opened due to power outages. The specially designed bearings are wear-resistant and durable, with a long service life.
6. Energy conservation: The harmless treatment equipment adopts a new design scheme that can be recycled, saving energy, reducing the use cost, and improving the output at the same time.
III. Design Concept:
The equipment complies with the requirements of GB/T16548—1996 "Procedures for Harmless Treatment of Diseased Livestock and Poultry Carcasses and Their Products", and can completely kill the pathogenic microorganisms of 19 major animal diseases determined by the country. It can conduct harmless treatment of the carcass lesions and trimmed waste, glands, etc. of 46 animal diseases such as glanders, rinderpest, classical swine fever, and Newcastle disease. It will play an active role in eliminating and controlling major animal diseases, improving the quality of animal epidemic prevention, preventing diseased pig products from entering the market, ensuring the quality and safety of listed pig products, ensuring the safety of meat food, and safeguarding the health of the people.
The wetting machine is a machine equipment that uses the wetting principle to sterilize the diseased or lesion parts of animals at high temperatures. After being processed by the wetting machine, the animals can be boiled into industrial oil, while generating other residues.
