II. 1. Diseased animals and their products are transported to the harmless treatment room, and the treated objects are directly loaded into the chemical basket.
2. Open the tank door, send the chemical basket on the trolley along the track into the wetting machine, and close the tank door.
3. According to the type and quantity of the treated objects, set the temperature (160 - 190) and pressure 0.8Mpa for high-temperature and high-pressure treatment of the treated objects.
4. After the treatment process is completed, the harmless treatment equipment for slaughterhouses is used to send the mixture of oil and water generated during the treatment process into the oil-water separation equipment for oil-water separation to obtain oil with a higher purity.
5. After the treatment is completed, open the tank door, pull the chemical basket out along the track, and transport the residue in the chemical basket to the biogas digester for fermentation or treatment together with animal feces.
6. After the production is completed, carry out the equipment and tools.
II. Preparations before operation
1. Check whether the switch positions of the electrical control box are correctly placed as required, and whether the power supply voltage meets the specified requirements
2. Check whether there is a leakage or short circuit in the power supply circuit
3. According to the product process requirements, set the working pressure and working temperature in advance, and check whether the pressure control system works normally
4. Check whether the output pressure and air output of the air compressor meet the requirements (the pressure should be maintained above 0.45MP)
5. Check whether the interfaces of each pipeline are tightened as required, and whether there is a gas or water leakage phenomenon
III. Operating Steps

2. Door closing operation: After slowly and forcefully closing the tank door, turn the manual runner on the tank door to make the tank door and the tank body fit well, then close the tank door interlock handle, and open the tank door sealing inflation valve. The door closing is completed.
3. Door opening operation: After checking that the pressure in the tank (the pointer of the pressure gauge is 0) is indeed zero, close the tank door sealing inflation valve, and release the tank door sealing inflation pressure. Then open the tank door interlock handle, release the remaining gas in the tank. Then rotate the manual runner of the tank door to open the tank door
