The harmless treatment method by wetting uses high-temperature and high-pressure saturated steam to directly contact livestock and poultry. The livestock and poultry are completely placed in a high-temperature and high-pressure environment to melt the grease, hydrolyze the protein with hot water, and at the same time, with the help of high temperature and high pressure, the pathogens carried in the livestock and poultry are completely killed. After the treatment is completed, the materials (livestock and poultry, slaughterhouse waste, and hatchery waste) are transformed into meat and bone meal and grease to realize the subdivided resource utilization of the waste.
