Pipeline Single Torch Automatical External Welding Machine

The rail of single torch automatical external welding machine is made of flexible steel.It has feature of strong rigidity,light weight,convenient transportation.Welding trolley gear and rack meshing running,the moving accurancy is higher.And the rack could be exchanged separatedly.The service time is longer,and using spliting type circular fast installation structure.It is easier to installation.
The welding trolley has advantages like light weight,good dust resistance,easy to install and clip. The trolley and the rail transmit via the way of single gear and rack.The transmission is stable,and the transmitting accuracy is higher.
Convex and concavie hierarchical design of handle box,the button press function is independently,It’s easy to operate and quick for workers to get started
The straight swing and angle swing of the welding torch could be switched freely.It can achieve one machine multi-kind welding form.Improving welding pass rate among different welding process.And single trolley could smartly switch left and right position on small pipeline.
During walking procedure of the circumference welding,Different position welding parameter changes along with the weling position.Each node parameter on circumference is done through the automatic control system.It could achieve automatic ajdustment of the welding process parameter.
Adopting visual touch screen for the welding parameter setup,display,revise and storage.Support data upload and download.The system can do storage and calling for 20 kinds of process para
