The CL-JWD120-45 model features a compact electric angle table (worm gear):
1. Equipped with a stepper motor as standard, the company's ZD-KZ series motion controller can achieve automated control.
2. The rotating shaft system is precision machined using multiple processes, with high precision matching, large load-bearing capacity, and long service life.
3. Adopting a precision developed worm gear structure, it is comfortable to move and can rotate freely in both forward and reverse directions with minimal backlash.
4. The exquisitely designed anti backlash structure can adjust the backlash caused by long-term use.
5. The special structural design ensures the low deflection and tilt of the corner table, making the movement smoother.
6. The scale circle around the tabletop is a laser engraved ruler, which can rotate relative to the tabletop for easy initial positioning and reading.
7. The stepper motor and worm are connected through a high-quality elastic coupling, ensuring synchronous transmission and good anti bias performance, greatly reducing eccentric disturbance and minimizing noise.
8. The electric angle table can be used horizontally or vertically, and can be combined with other types of tables to form a multi-dimensional electric adjustment table.
9. The electric angle position table is designed in pairs, can be stacked, and can be used separately. The two rotation radii are carefully designed, and after stacking, they can rotate orthogonally around a common point in two dimensions.
10. Equipped with limit function, initial zero position function, replacement of servo motor, installation of rotary encoder, accepting product customization and customization.
