Precision electric rotary table (worm gear) model characteristics:
1. Equipped with a stepper motor and RS232 interface, the ZK series motion controller can achieve automated control.
2. The rotating shaft system is precision machined using multiple processes, with high precision matching, large load-bearing capacity, and long service life.
3. Adopting a precision developed worm gear structure, it is comfortable to move and can rotate freely in both forward and reverse directions.
4. The exquisitely designed anti backlash structure has a small backlash and can adjust the backlash caused by long-term use.
5. The special structural design ensures extremely low end jump and eccentricity of the rotating table, making the rotational motion smoother.
6. The center through-hole of the rotary table has strict coaxiality requirements with the rotation center, and the center aperture of the rotary table has strict fitting tolerance limitations, making it convenient for customers to perform precise positioning.
7. The scale circle around the tabletop is a laser engraved ruler, which can rotate relative to the tabletop for easy initial positioning and reading.
8. The stepper motor and worm gear are connected through imported high-quality elastic couplings, with synchronous transmission and good anti bias performance, greatly reducing eccentric disturbance and low noise.
9. The electric rotary table can be used horizontally or vertically, and can be combined with other types of tables to form a multi-dimensional electric adjustment table.
10. Can add limit function, increase initial zero position, replace servo motor, install rotary encoder, accept product customization and customization.
