Touch screen automatic turret digital microhardness tester
Model: 7MHVS-1000A
Mainly used for micro Vickers hardness measurement of various metals and some non-metallic materials, it can measure the hardness of various parts (machined parts, forgings, cast iron, cast steel parts, etc.), non-ferrous metals, heat-treated parts, various small and thin parts, glass, ceramics, agate, gemstones, etc. It is also suitable for determining the effective depth of carbonization, quenching hardening layer, coating layer, surface coating and heat affected parts of welded parts. It can also be used for observing the internal metallographic structure of various metal parts and collecting, displaying, and outputting images for printing. Especially suitable for measuring the hardness gradient distribution curve of workpieces and measuring the surface hardness of gears after heat treatment, effective hardening layer depth.
This product adopts a unique and precise design in mechanics, optics, and light sources, making indentation imaging clearer and measurement more accurate. Adopting a brand new touch screen display, the operation interface adopts a menu style structure, and the hardness scale HV or HK can be selected on the operation panel. The tested hardness value is automatically calculated and displayed. Various hardness values can be converted to each other.
This machine is equipped with a 10x digital measuring microscope and a 40x objective lens, which can participate in the measurement, making the measurement range larger and the application range wider. It also uses a touch screen, which is more intuitive and clear to operate. The screen can display the test method, test force, indentation length, hardness value, test force holding time, measurement frequency, date, time, hardness conversion value and other functions. It has functions such as converting rulers, storing, and printing, and has a threaded interface for connecting digital cameras and CCD cameras, making it convenient to select computers and hardness analysis measurement software.
