Usage Coating Auxiliary Agents

Product description: Matting Agent HY11M is an internal equilibrium matting agent that does not consume epoxy in the matrix. It                                           is suitable for 5:5,6:4,7:3 in mixed polyester/epoxy system.

Product advantages: good resistance to yellowing, smooth and fine surface, small amount of addition, wide selectivity to polyester.

Appearance: creamy white or light yellow powder.

Product Packaging: polyethylene bag, Kraft paper packaging.

Features: 1. Polyester/epoxy powder, powder coating, suitable for 3% (60 °) gloss. 2. No consumption of epoxy, physical extinction, wide applicability, wide selectivity to polyester. 3. Excellent performance, low dosage, low gloss and outstanding performance-price ratio. 4. The coating has very fine surface, excellent anti-yellowing and mechanical properties.

Product application: 1-3% of the total design of the formula of extinction agent and other raw materials together with uniform                                                mixing co-participate in extrusion. The powder can be produced according to the production process. The                                              specific dosage can be determined by experiments.

Storage Requirements: 1, storage matting agent should be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated sealed storage. 2, avoid direct sunlight,                                                high temperature and humidity and away from the fire, heat, anti-caking. 3. The storage temperature is                                                    less than 30 °C. The shelf life is 12 months. After the storage date can be re-tested, if the results meet the                                                requirements, still can be used.
