Product description:HY13C matting agent belongs to semi-chemical matting agent, suitable for powder coatings with mixed matting agent. It has little restriction on polyester, small addition of matting agent, suitable for powder coatings with 2% or more gloss.
Product advantages: good yellowing, smooth and fine surface, good mechanical properties, wide selectivity to polyester, impact, good performance, stable gloss, good powder storage.
Appearance: creamy white or light yellow powder.
Product Packaging:polyethylene bag, Kraft paper packaging.
Features: 1. Polyester/epoxy powder coatings with 2% (60 °) gloss.
2. Excellent performance, low dosage, low gloss, outstanding performance-price ratio.
3. Very fine coating surface, excellent resistance to yellowing and mechanical properties .
4. wide applicability, wide selectivity to polyester.
Applications:The 1-5% extinction agent (1:2 = extinction agent: epoxy) of the total design amount was mixed with other raw materials to participate in extrusion. The powder can be produced according to the powder production process. The specific dosage can be determined by experiments.
Storage Requirements:1. Store the matting agent in a cool, dry and ventilated place.
2. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity and away from fire, heat, anti-caking.
3. Storage temperature less than 30 °C, shelf life of 12 months. After the storage date can be re-tested, if the results meet the requirements, still can be used.
