DYT series of electro-hydraulic pusher is a hydraulic drive device which integrates electricity, mechanism and hydraulics ,suited to the need for reciprocating pull-push linear,it can also be used to the place which can rise,fall or clamping the work object, and the realization of the remote areas of risk concentration or automatic control. It widely used in metallurgy, mining, electricity, mining, machinery,transportation,food,chemical,cement,water,building materials,trans-sportation,and other department which is a universial power source.
Main characteristics
The electro-hydraulic pusher is a new type of flexible transmission mechanism with the integration of mechanism, electricity and hydraulics, which is composed of the actuator (cylinder), control mechanism (hydraulic control valve group) and power source (oil pump motor, etc.). According to the installation space and user usage, the electro-hydraulic pusher can have a variety of structural forms (see the electric wave pusher outline installation size diagram, and can also be customized according to user requirements). The motor drives the double-directions hydraulic pump through positive and negative rotation to output the positive and negative pressure oil, which is sent to the cylinder through the hydraulic control valve to realize the reciprocating movement of the piston rod. Hydraulic control valve group is mainly composed of relief valve, oil suction check valve, check valve, speed control valve (user requirements), hydraulic control check valve (hydraulic lock), etc., can also be designed according to the working characteristics of the electro-hydraulic pusher, oil circuit combination valve with different functions to meet its working requirements. Generally, there are push-out self-locking, pull-back self-locking and push-pull self-locking: the running speed is adjustable, and the non-adjustable speed type: the working Angle of the electro-hydraulic pusher is pushed horizontally, pushed up (including obliquely upward), pushed down (including obliquely downward) and so on.
1. The equipment has the advantages of compact structure, low floor area, good safety and convenience.
2.Can start with the load and have the overload protection function.
3. Circuit set the bidirection hydraulic lock,could stop at any position in the prescribed limit and maintain the output force.
4. The power of push、 pull and the speed could adjust smoothly,the driving range is large.
5. If the power is cutted of, the electric hydraulic pusher can be locked automatically and avoid the accident.
6. Takes the full hydraulic pressure drive, sensitive action, stable running, which can effectively buffer the extenal impact force.
7. Full closed structure, the working oil circulation in non-pressure closed steel tube, has the advantage of small volume, no oil leakage, in the bad working environment, avoid the dust and moisture, no corrosion, long service life.
