For over 70 years, VENTURA Safety Plus Ni-Cd batteries have been manufactured using Sinter/Sinter electrodes designed to deliver high power and/or high energy density. Our batteries have a long service life with unrivalled reliability thanks to VENTURA technical expertise.

　　Our VENTURA Safety Plus Ni-Cd batteries typically consists of 20 cells housed inside a stainless-steel case,while the interior of the battery container is lined with heat resistant plastic.Soft rubber,which acts as a retainer for the cells,lines the cover and high conductivity nickel plated copper intercell connectors.Tubes attached to the battery’s side allow venting to take place,and a plug mounted on the front of the battery container connects it to the aircraft’s electrical system.Additionally,batteries may be fitted with temperature sensors for thermal monitoring.

Ventura nickel cadmium batteries typically consist of 20 individual cells, which are installed inside a stainless steel box lined with heat-resistant plastic. The battery cover and high conductivity nickel plated copper core are supported and protected by soft rubber. The pipeline installed on the side of the battery is used for exhaust, and the plug installed on the front of the battery is used to connect the battery to the aircraft's electrical system. In addition, the battery can be equipped with a temperature sensor for temperature monitoring.

Low internal resistance can still provide excellent power output at extreme temperatures.

Specially designed isolation materials can maintain stability even at high temperatures, ensuring high safety without any "heat dissipation".
