Product Description
Qorvo's QPA0017 is a high-power, packaged Ku-band MMIC amplifier manufactured using Qorvo's 0.15 um GaN-on-SiC production process (QGaN15). The QPA0017 targets the 13.75-14.5 GHz Satcom band while providing 12.5 watts of linear power and a third-order intermodulation distortion product of 25 dBc. In addition, the QPA0017 can provide up to 25 watts of output power with a small signal gain of 30 dB and a power-added efficiency of 35%. The operating frequency can be extended to 12.75-15.35 GHz if required.
To simplify system integration, the QPA0017's DC ground I/O port is fully matched to 50 ohms for ESD performance. In addition, there are on-chip DC blocking capacitors after the DC ground of the input and output ports.
The QPA0017 is ideally suited to support communications and radar applications in the commercial and military markets.
The QPA0017 is 100% DC and RF tested to ensure compliance with electrical specifications.
Lead-free and RoHS compliant.
