SY-HSY series moisture analyzer adopts advanced matrix high-precision sensing structure combined with hierarchical identification and error correction function technology and dual-channel technology, breaking through the traditional measurement methods. Hardware and software adopt temperature compensation to solve the interference of measurement environment and temperature drift on measurement accuracy. A table can achieve water content, temperature information, etc., but also through the upper computer software to collect data for calculation and processing to obtain more information, such as water content, temperature, water curve and other information, remote upgrade program and modify parameters, through the upper computer one-time calibration, reduce workload, improve efficiency, to achieve digital management.
Can be used in oilfield wellhead, combined station pipeline, chemical plant production line water detection, high water cut, low water cut crude oil and exported crude oil, benzene and other organic liquids; In addition to pipelines, it can also be used for storage tanks or irregular containers for heavy oil and high waxy crude oil, which is not easy to maintain.
The calibration method is humanized, and the calculation of high and low water content is automatically switched to ensure that the water content value is stable and reliable. The actual calibration can be carried out based on the laboratory data. The debugging software can write the calibration value at one time, and the linear range of high and low water content can be arbitrarily calibrated according to customer requirements.
In nuclear power plants, there are certain standards for the ratio of resin, water and cement, so the measurement and control of resin amount is an important index in curing treatment. However, due to the difficulty of this measurement technology, there is no real water content analysis, layered water content and other measurement related products at home and abroad, we use radiation resistance process processing technology and core patent technology analysis and processing to solve this measurement technical problem.
