PRODUCT IMPLEMENTATION STANDARDS:

PRODUCT STRUCTURE:
MSMD comprises a gas liquid cyclone separator, gas-liquid separation controller, measuring instrument, automated multi-channel well selection valves (optional）, data acquisition and processing system, data remote transmission system, remote data access and distribution system (optional).
WORKING PRINCIPLE:
The gas-liquid cyclone separator efficiently separates the liquid from the Single oil wells into gas and liquid phases. The gas and liquid two-phase mixture level and pressure difference are controlled by the gas-liquid separation controller to ensure that the cyclone separator achieves its maximum effect on the gas and liquid separation. After separation, Gas flow volume is accurately measured through the gas metering device at the top of the MSMD, and liquid flow mass is accurately measured through
the mass metering device at the bottom of the MSMD. The moisture content percentage is calculated by the computer based on the gathered data. Field pressure data is measured by the pressure transmitter.

6.The product is designed to perform 24 hours’ continuous online measurement, and can generate liquid, gas, water (oil) measurement curves and various production reports according to customers’ requirements.
7.The product has the function of alarming on abnormal data for pressure, temperature and liquid.

9.The product can achieve real-time data acquisition, remote transmission and distribution. It can conveniently, timely, and comprehensively monitor the work site, providing the basis for scientific decision-making.
